Partition walls

The rigidity of CEL manufactures permits the realization of works of considerable dimensions without using huge load-bearing structures.

CEL produces customizable panels as far as dimensions, shapes, colours, inserts etc… are concerned. For indoor partition walls the best choice are self-supporting composite panels; customer can choose between panels with a foam or a honeycomb core.

Panel skin finish might be raw, ready for gluing to the final material, or customized in terms of processing, such as edging and inserts, or aesthetic finishes.

Ventilated facades

As lightweight elements, sandwich panels are used in the construction of ventilated facades. They require small support systems that permit an easy and fast assembly. These panels have high mechanical properties that comply with stringent standards as far as fire reaction and resistance to meteorological events are concerned.

Floors

Belong to the FLOOR series antiskid and walkable panels. They are ideal for engine rooms and floating floors. Their extreme rigidity and lightness enable to cover large areas using a limited number of panels.
Their lightness also facilitates their installation and transport; therefore, few operators might be involved in this process.

Suspended ceiling

Outstanding as a suspended ceiling, sandwich panels are light and rigid. Therefore, it is easy to hang them or fix them to the ceiling.
Panels dimensions allow to cover large areas such as airports or stations.
Cel can also supply panels for exteriors, for example as canopies for stations and public places.
 

Acoustic Climate Panels
Cel also offers sound-absorbing and / or air-conditioning solutions.

Cel produces perforated panels that absorb sound allowing ventilation. Being entirely in aluminium, these panels are particularly rigid, available in large sizes and totally recyclable.

Restoration

In Italy, more than abroad, it is a challenge to preserve the cultural heritage inherited by the ancestors. In many restoration plans, structural support, whether temporary or definitive, it is a crucial element for the success of the interventions. The Alustep series offers light, rigid and reliable supports, with fiberglass skins excellent for gluing. Available in different sizes, these panels are currently used for the safe removal of frescoes and as a support for mosaics.
